Sections 46A-7A-63, Right-of-way - acquisition
46A-7A-63. Right-of-way acquisition. The board may make all necessary acquisitions of right-of-way to provide service to each tract of land subject to assessment and may exercise its right of eminent domain to procure right-of-way for conveyance facilities. This section does not deprive any person entitled thereto from exercising his right of eminent domain.
