Section 46A-9-30 - Qualification for office as a member of the board of directors--Landowner orentryman of district.
46A-9-30. Qualification for office as a member of the board of directors--Landowner or entryman of district. No person shall be qualified to hold office as a member of the board of directors of any water user district unless he or she shall be a landowner or entryman of such district.
