Section 46A-9-33 - Compensation of members of board of directors. - South Dakota Statutes

46A-9-33. Compensation of members of board of directors. Members of the board of directors shall be paid their actual expenses while engaged in performing the duties of their office or otherwise engaged upon the business of the water user district. In addition, they each shall receive as compensation for such services a sum to be determined by the board of directors not to exceed one hundred twenty dollars per day.
