46A-9-52. District contracts to be governed by chapter 5-18. All water user district contracts for the construction, alteration, extension, or improvement of any works, or any part or section thereof, or any building, for the use of the district, or for the purchase of any materials, machinery, or apparatus therefor shall be governed by chapter 5-18.
