Section 46A-10A-64 - Assistance by department--Reimbursement of expenses.

46A-10A-64. Assistance by department--Reimbursement of expenses. If so requested, the Department of Water and Natural Resources may render such assistance and advice to the board in regard to the project as the assigned duties of the Department of Water and Natural Resources will permit. The Department of Water and Natural Resources shall be reimbursed by the board for any expenses incident thereto.
