Section 46A-14-45 - Vested water rights--Exclusion from operation of chapter.

46A-14-45. Vested water rights--Exclusion from operation of chapter. Vested water rights, as defined by §§ 46-1-9 and 46-1-10, shall be excluded from the operation of this chapter, no watershed district or the members thereof shall have any jurisdictional authority or control over waters subject to such vested rights.
