46A-14-69. Budgeted operation and maintenance expense--Inclusion in tax assessment list by board of managers. Tax or special assessment levies in amount sufficient to cover the budgeted operation and maintenance expense shall be included by the managers in their tax assessment list as provided in § 46A-14-58, provided that such levies do not exceed the limitations specified in this chapter or do not exceed the amounts of taxes or special assessments voted favorably by the voters of the district.
