46A-16-2. Commission continued within office of Governor--Records and reports. The South Dakota-Minnesota Boundary Waters Commission shall continue within the office of the Governor, and shall retain all its prescribed functions, including administrative functions. The commission shall submit such records, information, and reports in the form and at such times as required by the Governor, except that the commission shall report at least annually.
