Section 47-1A-129 - Penalty for signing false document.
47-1A-129. Penalty for signing false document. No person may sign a document knowing it is false in any material respect with intent that the document be delivered to the Office of the Secretary of State for filing. An offense under this section is subject to a civil fine in any amount not exceeding five hundred dollars.
