47-9A-1.1. Certain breeding stock, products, and facilities exempt. The restrictions of §§ 47-9A-1, 47-9A-3, and 47-9A-13.1 do not apply to agricultural land, animals, or facilities owned or operated primarily for the purpose of producing animal breeding stock or reproductive products from animals.
