49-28-36.1. Application fee for exempt carrier--Waiver for previously registered carriers. The fee to accompany the filing of an application for registration as an exempt motor carrier is twenty-five dollars. However, no registration fee is required if the applicant has previously paid a registration fee for other interstate operations and is registered with the department at the time the application is received by the department.
