49-28-36.2. Department jurisdiction limited by federal Constitution and laws. An interstate motor carrier registered pursuant to § 49-28-36 is subject to regulation and control of the department only to the extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States and acts of Congress relating to interstate commerce.
