Section 49-34A-77 - Filing fee for rate stability plan.
49-34A-77. Filing fee for rate stability plan. Upon filing an application for a rate stability plan, the electric utility shall pay a filing fee to be determined by the commission in an amount not to exceed one hundred fifty thousand dollars.
