49-41B-26. Accounting for expenditures of applicant's deposit provided by commission--Refund of unused moneys. The Public Utilities Commission shall provide the applicant with a full financial accounting relating to the expenditures of the amount received pursuant to § 49-41B-12. Unused moneys shall be refunded to the applicant within thirty days of the commission's decision on said application.
