Section 5-14-8 - Acceptance and expenditure of contributions to capital improvements.
5-14-8. Acceptance and expenditure of contributions to capital improvements. The various agencies, boards, commissions, and institutions are authorized to accept and expend in addition to the amounts provided for new construction at any of the institutions under their jurisdiction, any funds which may be obtained from any gift or contribution from any source for said purpose.
