Section 5-15-13 - Donation of property by city of Pierre.

5-15-13. Donation of property by city of Pierre. The city of Pierre shall have the power to convey, without compensation therefor, to the state any property owned by it within the boundaries of the capitol complex as enlarged pursuant to the plan adopted, and area determined, by the Capitol Complex Restoration and Beautification Commission.
