5-15-15. Board to determine location of any new building in capitol complex. The location of any building to be erected in the capitol complex shall be determined by the majority vote of a board consisting of the Governor, chairman of the capitol complex restoration and beautification commission, and the executive head or officer of any of the branches of state government, or the chairman, commissioner or head of any department, board, commission or agency thereof, for which a new building is authorized to be erected.
