Section 5-15-20 - Destruction and disposal of buildings.

5-15-20. Destruction and disposal of buildings. The Capitol Complex Restoration and Beautification Commission shall also have power, as it may deem advisable, to dispose of, wreck and destroy any building acquired by it, its determination therefor to be approved by the State Board of Finance.
