5-15-23. Rules and regulations of commission. The Capitol Complex Restoration and Beautification Commission may promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, necessary and proper for the purposes of and not inconsistent with §§ 5-15-1 to 5-15-20, inclusive.
