5-15-3. Oath and bond of commission members. Each member of the Capitol Complex Restoration and Beautification Commission shall within ten days after appointment, qualify by taking the oath of office and giving bond to the state, with corporate surety, in the penal sum of twenty-five hundred dollars, the cost to be paid by the state.
