5-15-6. Employment of personnel--Supplies and equipment. The Bureau of Administration shall employ such clerical and other help for the Capitol Complex Restoration and Beautification Commission as in the bureau's discretion seems necessary and is hereby authorized and empowered to employ such assistance and provide such supplies and equipment as may be necessary to properly carry on the work of the commission.
