Section 5-17-22 - Investment of interest and debt service fund. - South Dakota Statutes

5-17-22. Investment of interest and debt service fund. Said cement plant interest and debt service fund may be invested annually in United States bonds or deposited at interest in any bank in the State of South Dakota. Provided that if such funds are invested in United States government bonds, such bonds must be bought at the lowest market value and the price paid for such bonds must at no time exceed par.
