5-17-27. Cement plant fund--Receipts deposited into fund--Interest credited. The proceeds of bonds and all income from the cement plant from whatever source shall be deposited into the state treasury and credited to a special fund to be designated as the cement plant fund to be used and expended by the State Cement Plant Commission for the purposes authorized by this chapter. The state treasurer shall credit interest on daily balances in the cement plant fund to the fund.
