Section 5-17-36 - Investment of reserve and replacement fund.
5-17-36. Investment of reserve and replacement fund. The state investment officer shall be responsible for the investment of such moneys as are placed in the cement plant reserve and replacement fund in investments authorized by statute.
The State Investment Council is authorized to make rules and regulations to provide for the making of loans from this fund.
