5-17-4. Payment of compensation and expenses of commission members--Meetings. Any compensation of the members of the State Cement Plant Commission shall be payable quarterly, with their actual and necessary expenses to be paid in the same manner as other expenditures out of the cement plant fund, upon presentation of itemized, verified vouchers. The State Cement Plant Commission shall meet at the call of the chair or at the call of a majority of the members of the commission.
