5-17-40. Deposit of net proceeds from sale, liquidation, or dissolution of subsidiary business in cement plant fund. The State Cement Plant Commission may, if any subsidiary business is sold, transferred, liquidated, closed, or dissolved, proceed to do the same in a commercially reasonable manner and deposit the net proceeds therefrom to the State Cement Plant fund. The provisions of §§ 5-17-15 to 5-17-18, inclusive, and § 5-23-32 do not apply to such transactions.
