5-17-6. Exploration of materials used in manufacture of cement--Employment of experts. Said Cement Plant Commission shall have authority and it shall be its duty to make a thorough exploration of materials within the state which may be used in the manufacture of cement and cement products and to that end may employ such engineers, geologists, chemists, and other experts having a comprehensive knowledge of materials usable in the manufacture of cement as well as of cement and its properties.
