Section 5-18B-18 - Contributions and interest due the Department of Labor.
5-18B-18. Contributions and interest due the Department of Labor. Before final payment may be made on any contract for public improvement, the purchasing agency awarding the contract shall require the contractor to furnish a certificate from the Department of Labor that all contributions and interest due to the Department of Labor in the performance of the contract have been paid.
