5-25-2.1. Self-service islands to be used for gasoline purchases--Routine maintenance. All state officers and employees shall buy gasoline at self-service islands when operating a state-owned vehicle whenever circumstances permit. Such officers and employees shall be responsible as to such vehicle in their possession or under their control for performing the maintenance duties thereon ordinarily performed at non-self-service islands.
