50-2-15. Operation of aircraft for other state departments--Reimbursement. The commission, when its state aircraft are not being used in the conduct of the necessary activities of the Department of Transportation, may operate the aircraft for other departments of the state government of South Dakota. A department shall reimburse the commission in a sum to be fixed by the Board of Finance, to fully defray the cost and expenses of rendering the service.
