50-2-22. Commission investigations and hearings--Hearings open to public. The commission or any commissioner, or officer of the commission designated by the commission, may hold investigations, inquiries, and hearings concerning matters covered by the provisions of this title and for all accidents in aeronautics within this state. All hearings conducted by the commission shall be open to the public.
