Section 50-2-24 - Enforcement--Cooperation of departments and political subdivisions. - South Dakota Statutes

50-2-24. Enforcement--Cooperation of departments and political subdivisions. The commission, the commission's members and employees, and each state, county, and municipal officer charged with the enforcement of state and municipal laws, shall enforce and shall assist in the enforcement of this title. Other departments and political subdivisions of this state may cooperate with the commission in the development of aeronautics and aeronautic facilities within the state.
