Section 50-2-26 - Commission orders--Filing--Service.
50-2-26. Commission orders--Filing--Service. Any order made by the commission pursuant to this title shall first be filed and made a matter of permanent record of the commission. A certified copy of the order shall then be served upon any person to be affected by the order, in the same manner that a summons is served in civil actions in the circuit court.
