Section 50-4-4 - Acceptance of contributions. - South Dakota Statutes

50-4-4. Acceptance of contributions. The commission may accept, receive, and receipt for federal moneys and other moneys either public or private, for and on behalf of the state, counties, or municipalities, for the acquisition, construction, improvement, maintenance, and operation of airports and other air navigation facilities, whether the work is to be done by the state, counties, or municipalities, or jointly, aided by grants of aid from the United States.
