50-6-11. Rules and regulations of board--Enforcement of contracts. Subject to the approval of the governing body the airport board shall make bylaws, rules, and regulations for the orderly transaction and conduct of its business. It shall make and enforce contracts in the name of the first or second class municipality to carry out the purposes expressed in this chapter.
