50-6-14. Tax levy kept in special fund--Disbursements from fund. The city treasurer shall keep in a special fund all money derived from the tax levy for airport purposes and from any other source and shall pay the same upon requisition by the president and secretary of the airport board upon warrants drawn by the proper officer of the governing body, or as provided in § 50-6-15.
