50-6-16. Annual report of board--Special reports. The airport board shall make an annual report to the governing body of the first or second class municipality of its accounts and all the expenditures, and the governing body may require a report from such board at any time and the books, records, papers, and accounts of the board shall at all times be subject to inspection by the governing board or its officers or agents.
