50-6-3. Bond of members--Amount and conditions of bond--Cost--Approval. Each member of the airport board before entering upon his official duties shall give bond to the first or second class municipality conditioned and in amount as may be required by the governing body, for the faithful performance of his duties and shall file such bond in the office of the city auditor together with his oath of office. The municipality shall pay any premium for bonds required to be given by the members of the board or its officers or employees. All bonds required under provisions of this chapter shall be approved by the governing body.
