50-6A-5. Resolutions filed with secretary of state by initial commissioners--Issuance of certificate of incorporation. Upon the appointment and qualification of the commissioners first appointed to a regional airport authority, they shall submit to the secretary of state a certified copy of each resolution adopted pursuant to § 50-6A-2 by the subdivisions included in the regional authority, and upon receipt thereof the secretary of state shall issue a certificate of incorporation to the regional airport authority.
