50-9-8. Certain temporary structures permitted upon notice--Temporary building, structure, or tower defined. Notwithstanding the provisions of § 50-9-7, temporary buildings or structures not located within the airways or within five miles of an airport, may be erected upon filing with the commission a notice showing the location thereof without making application and procuring a permit pursuant to § 50-9-7. A temporary building, structure, or tower means any building, structure or tower which shall be dismantled or removed not later than six months from the date the erection of the building or structure is commenced.
