Section 50-11-2 - Public aircraft--Aircraft licensed by foreign country.

50-11-2. Public aircraft--Aircraft licensed by foreign country. The restriction in § 50-11-1 does not apply to public aircraft of the United States, or public aircraft of any state, territory, or possession thereof; or to aircraft licensed by a foreign country with which the United States has a reciprocal agreement covering the operations of such licensed aircraft.
