Section 50-11-3 - Exceptions--Test flights.
50-11-3. Exceptions--Test flights. The South Dakota Aeronautics Commission may waive § 50-11-1 in the interest of a nonpassenger carrying flight solely for maintenance, inspection, or test purposes.
