Section 50-12-6 - Issuance of certificates for individual dealers' aircraft--Additional certificates. - South Dakota Statutes

50-12-6. Issuance of certificates for individual dealers' aircraft--Additional certificates. The secretary of transportation at the time of the issuance of the original license, or the renewal thereof as provided in this chapter, shall issue six aircraft dealer's certificates to an aircraft dealer. Any aircraft dealer may secure additional aircraft dealer's certificates upon application therefor on forms furnished by the secretary and the payment of the additional fee as required by § 50-12-12.
