51A-6A-46.2. Confidentiality of information--Inapplicability to certain actions. The provisions of §§ 51A-6A-2 and 51A-6A-39 do not apply to the disclosure of information by the director or the commission in connection with the institution and prosecution of an action against a trust company under §§ 51A-15-11 to 51A-15-44, inclusive, or 51A-2-25 to 51A-2-27, inclusive, or 51A-6A-35 to 51A-6A-46, inclusive. Disclosure of confidential information may be made only to formal governmental regulatory bodies which have a need for the confidential information.
