Section 54-4-38 - Promulgation of rules.
54-4-38. Promulgation of rules. The commission may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to provide for:
(1) Rules of practice;
(2) Internal management of finance companies;
(3) Retention of records;
(4) Additional examination fees; and
(5) Remote electronic lending.
