58-2-15. Actuarial, technical, or other professional services--Department authorized to contract for on a fee or part-time basis. The Department of Revenue and Regulation may contract, on a fee or a part-time basis, for such actuarial, technical, or other professional services as the division may require for the discharge of its duties.
