Section 58-2-17 - Compensation of personnel fixed by department subject to approval of Bureauof Personnel.
58-2-17. Compensation of personnel fixed by department subject to approval of Bureau of Personnel. The compensation of all such personnel employed or contracted for by the Department of Revenue and Regulation shall be fixed by the department subject to the approval of the Bureau of Personnel.
