Section 58-2-21 - Enforcement of provisions of this title.
58-2-21. Enforcement of provisions of this title. The director shall enforce the provisions of this title, under the direction and supervision of the Department of Revenue and Regulation, and shall execute the duties imposed upon him by this title.
