Section 58-2-39 - Promulgation of certain rules. - South Dakota Statutes

58-2-39. Promulgation of certain rules. The Division of Insurance may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 in the following areas:
(1) Definition of terms used in §§ 58-17-30.2, 58-17-30.4, 58-18-32, 58-18-34, 58-33-85 to 58-33-88, inclusive, 58-38-11.7, 58-38-11.9, 58-40-10.7, 58-40-10.9, 58-41-35.2, and 58-41-35.4;
(2) Insurer enrollment procedures;
(3) Disclosure and notice requirements; and
(4) Claim processing procedures.
