58-3-3.4. Application of examination fund to farm mutual insurers. The provisions of §§ 58-3-3.1 to 58-3-3.3, inclusive, 58-3-7.4, and 58-3-11 do not apply to farm mutual insurers subject to chapter 58-35 unless the farm mutual wrote premiums in excess of one million dollars in the prior calendar year.
